Shipping Info: All domestic orders are shipped by Royal Mail first class, and should take 1-3 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail's airmail service with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

As tracked postage makes shipping some items prohibitively expensive, we have opted to not do this. However, if you would like recorded/ tracked delivery of your order, please e-mail info@strikeeaglesynth.com and your can be sent with tracking (with additional postage costs)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery methods outlined above, please contact us via info@strikeeaglesynth.com to arrange an alternative delivery plan.
Return Policy: Items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Strike Eagle - please make sure to send all returns via recorded/ tracked delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
